For your current Order Status, log in to your Heart Touch Gifts customer account, and go to "My Orders/Order Status", or email us at orders.hearttouchgifts@aol.com.

Our reply will include your order number(s), date(s), and item(s) ordered in progress in addition to any detailed information about personalization or art. If any item is on back order, you will be notified promptly by email.

If available at the time of your order status request, we will provide you with a tracking number and a link to track your order. If you already have your tracking number you can use the following links for more detailed delivery information:
