Here you can use this form to change an item in your online Heart Touch Gifts order at no extra cost to you! If within the (2) hours of placing your order and you made an error in personalization or a customized message, adjustments can be made using the form below. You can also use the form to change an item "sold as is" for a different item as long as the item is an equal value of the original item. However, again, your request to change an item must be made within the (2) hours of placing your order.
We will confirm receipt of your request automatically. Then 24 hours later, you will receive an email notifying you of your re-order with the changes you specified.
We reserve the right at our sole discretion to change more than one item in the same order upon customer's request. Please do not use this form to change an item you already received by mail delivery. See our Customer Care Return/Exchange An Order web page for instructions. Also, please do not use this form to add an item. If you wish to add an item, you must place a separate order.
