We know how much heart goes into choosing the perfect gift, and we want your experience with Heart Touch Gifts to be absolutely seamless. If you noticed a typo in your personalized message or realized you'd prefer a different color, we are here to help you get it just right!

The 2-Hour Grace Period

Because our boutique items move quickly into preparation, you can make changes to your order for up to two (2) hours after placing it, completely free of charge.

Feel free to use this form to:

  • Fix a spelling mistake or adjustment in a personalized message/custom order.

  • Swap an "as-is" item for a different piece of equal value.

 ✦ Looking to change multiple items in your order? Requests to change more than one item within the same order are subject to review, but submit your request below, and we will do our absolute best to accommodate you!

A Few Things to Keep in Mind:

  • Adding New Items: To keep things simple, please place a separate order for any new pieces.

  • Already Delivered Orders: If your gift has arrived, please visit our Return/Exchange an Order

       page so we can take care of you there.

  1. Right away: We'll send an automated email so you know your request is safely in our hands.

  2. Within 24 hours: We'll follow up with a fresh email confirming your updated re-order.
