Return your defective or damaged item with a copy of the packing slip and return sheet that came with your item along with a Merchandise Return Authorization Code (MRAC).
• For "Not Defective or Damaged" items, fill out the packing slip in the appropriate area for exchanges/returns, and return it along with your item. A Merchandise Authorization Code (MRAC) is NOT required when returning an item for exchange or refund.
