Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Processing includes preparing and packing your order. Shipping begins when the carrier receives your package. Shipping typically takes 35 business days.

​Delivery Restrictions & Cut-Off Times

 

Carrier Info: We primarily ship via USPS, and occasionally UPS. We ship to all U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and its Territories). We do not ship internationally.

​

Shipping Costs: We charge a flat rate of $7.95 for standard shipping and offer free shipping on all orders of $55 or more when you use the code FREESHIP at checkout.

 

Delivery Windows: â€‹We make every effort to process and get your order to our mail carrier promptly. However, due to weekends, holidays, and custom specifications, or backordered items, orders may arrive later than estimated.

 

​Order Cut-Off Times: Orders must be placed by 12:00PM EST to be processed on that business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

​

Express & Rush Shipping: We do not offer express or rush shipping options at this time.

 

​Special Shipping Requests & Item Types

 

Delayed Shipment Dates: Want us to hold your order? Specify your preferred Delayed Shipment Date in the "Add A Note" box at checkout. This is the date your order will leave us. We cannot guarantee specific arrival/delivery dates.

​

Exclusive Personalized & Customized Items: Please allow up to 7 days for order processing, production, and handling before your item ships via USPS or UPS.

​

All Other Items: Standard items require up to 4 days for processing, production, and handling before shipping via our preferred carrier.

​

Multiple Shipments: If your order contains items that must ship separately, you will only be charged a shipping fee once per delivery address. If your order is split, we will notify you in advance.

 

Policies, Missing Items, & Returns

 

Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. Heart Touch Gifts is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address, as we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for packages lost due to address errors. If you spot an error, contact us immediately at orders@hearttouchgifts.com.

 

Ship To Address(es): When using a 'Ship To' address instead of the billing address, there is no additional charge. Only one shipping address is accepted per order.

 

Backorders: If an item is expected to take longer than two (2) weeks to ship, you will be notified promptly. Backordered items ship at no additional charge. You may cancel a backordered item for a full refund at any time before it ships.

Missing or Damaged Items: Missing item claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. Please save all original packing materials, as they are required to file a carrier claim. For lost packages, we initiate an official carrier tracer 30 days after shipment.

​

Returns: Because our return address is a P.O. Box, you must use USPS for all returns. Other carriers, such as UPS and FedEx, do not deliver to our return address (P.O. Box 765, Bayonne, NJ 07002-0765). We do not refund original shipping charges. â€‹â€‹For more details, please see our Return/Exchanges Page.
 

​​​​Packaging Our Artwork


We take immense pride in ensuring your art arrives flawlessly. All artwork is securely packed in heavy-duty cardboard with protective corner-guards and shock-absorbing bubble wrap. For Giclée prints, we use acid-free materials and ship them flat to prevent curling, creasing, or damage.

​

Sales Tax

 

We believe pricing should be clear and transparent from the moment you begin shopping. Heart Touch Gifts collects and remits sales tax where required by law. Any applicable sales tax will be automatically calculated and collected during checkout.

​

If sales tax is not collected on your order, you may be required under state or local tax laws to report and pay any applicable use tax directly to the appropriate tax authority. If you have questions about your local tax requirements, we recommend contacting your state or local tax authority or a qualified tax professional for guidance.
