Change/Cancel an Order

Let's Perfect Your Gift

We know how much heart goes into choosing the perfect gift, and we want your experience with us to be absolutely seamless. If you noticed a typo in your personalized message or realized you'd prefer a different color, we are here to help you get it just right!

Because our boutique items move quickly into preparation and in-house production, all modification requests are subject to approval based on production status. Please review our guidelines below:

Swapping an Item or Changing Personalization

You can make changes to your item or custom text completely free of charge, provided you catch us before production begins!

  • The Grace Period: Please submit your request using the form below with two (2) hours for item swaps (of equal value), or within one (1) hour for personalization/spelling corrections.

  • Changing Multiple Items: Requests to change more than one item within the same order are subject to review, but submit your request below and we will do our absolute best to accommodate you!

  • What to Expect Next: Right away, we'll send an automated email so you know your request is safely in our hands. Within 24 hours, we'll follow up with a fresh email confirming your updated re-order details.

Canceling an Order

You can request a full cancellation at no charge as long as your order hasn't shipped or been marked fulfilled.

  • What to Include: To help us process this quickly, your email must include your Name, Order #, Date of Order, and Zip Code.

Shipping Address Changes

Due to strict payment security requirements, we cannot manually modify a shipping address after an order has been placed. If you notice an address error, please email us within 24 hours to cancel your order for a full refund, and you can place a fresh order with the correct address.

A Few Helpful Tips to Keep in Mind:

  • Adding New Items: To keep things simple, please place a separate order for any new places you'd like to add.

  • Review Before Completing: Heart Touch Gifts personalizes items exactly as they are entered. Please review your order and personalization details very carefully before checking out! (You can always remove an item from your cart, go back to the product page to fix it, and add it again).

  • Already Delivered Orders: If your gift has already arrived or shipped, please visit our Return/Exchange an Order page so we can take care of you there.

Inventory & Discontinued Items Policy:

Heart Touch Gifts reserves the right to use our discretion to cancel an order if an item is out of stock or faces extreme shipping delays. If an item is permanently discontinued, we will email you to offer a similar option (like a different color or design). We allow three (3) business days for a response; if we do not hear back, we will cancel the order and issue a refund immediately.
